By submitting the registration I grant my consent to the Czech Green Building Council (the “Council”), Business ID 624 13 350, with its registered office at Drtinova 557/10, Prague 5 Post Code 150 00, registered with the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section L, Insert 20619 (“registered association”) with the processing of my personal data mentioned in the registration form for the purposes of registering for events, marketing, sending information materials and invitations to other events. The consent is granted for a period of 5 years or until it is withdrawn.
Before granting the consent, I was informed on the processing in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the “Regulation”).
I agree that the Council may process my personal data in connection with the organization of the event and may share my personal data with its partners for the purpose of sending service oƯers and commercial communications from the Council or its partners and members listed on the organization's website: https://www.czgbc.org/en/membership/members.
This consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time in writing by email to: info@czgbc.org.
The Council is authorized to process personal data for a maximum of 5 years and the data for sending offers of goods and services or commercial messages until withdrawal of consent with sending oƯers or
commercial messages.
I was informed in accordance with the provision of s13 and following of the Regulation on the right to be informed of the processing, the right of access to personal data, to rectification of personal data, to erasure (right to be forgotten), to restriction of processing personal data, to data portability, to object the processing including the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data and the right not to be the object of automated personal data processing.
